Hicaps Payments

We accept all Major Health Funds, and can claim for you at the time of treatment to minimize costs and inconvenience.

Eftpos

We accept all Debit, MasterCard and Visa transactions except American Express. (No transaction fees apply to all transactions).

Payment Plans

We Have Payment Plans available for certain procedures through our partners at Humm Group that allow for fortnightly payments – please speak to our staff for further information.

CDBS - Child Dental Benefits Schedule to eligible children

The Medicare Child Benefits Schedule covers dental treatment up to $1000 per year and includes dental treatments such as check-ups, cleaning, x-rays, fillings, extractions, and root canals. If you are not sure whether your children are eligible or not, feel free to check their eligibility with us.

Veterans Affairs

We also support all of our veterans and accept all Department of Veterans Affairs patients. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

HICAPS CLAIMS

There are a number of things that decide the refund that you are entitled to receive for Dental treatment including:

Overall treatment cost.
The level of cover you have.
Whether you have just general dental cover or both general & major.
Which health insurance fund you are with.
Whether or not there is enough yearly rebate remaining with your cover.

For your convenience, we utilize a HICAPS machine, which gives us the ability to process your insurance claim on the spot, and meaning you only have to pay the gap payment. HICAPS is a convenient way of ensuring you do not have to later go to your insurer with paperwork, or come up with the total cost of treatments on the spot. Once you have received a treatment plan, we can give you an instant cost estimate with HICAPS or if you choose you can also easily contact your insurer and quoting the item codes, your insurer will be able to quickly provide you with a rebate estimate.
