Hi! My name is Richard. After graduating from The University of Sydney with honours in 2014, I worked 8 years of regional/remote practice in Esperance WA and the Hunter region in NSW. Having grown up in Sydney, I was itching to come back home so in 2023 I took over Glebe Point Dental and haven’t looked back since.
I am truly passionate about dentistry. My philosophy on dentistry is that as a healthcare professional, we have a duty to be honest and provide the best care possible to our patients. I strive to fully inform my patients about their oral health and recommend treatments that I would for my own family. I pride myself in providing careful and meticulous work.
My particular area of interest is oral surgery and dental implants, but I am comfortable with all aspects of general dentistry including root canal, crown and bridge, cosmetic dentistry and clear aligners.
I am a proud new dad so when I’m not staring at teeth, I’m changing nappies and having cuddles with my son.

I graduated from the University of Liverpool in the UK in 2021 and worked as a general dentist in Manchester for 3.5 years. I moved to Australia in January 2025 and am definitely not regretting swapping the rainy streets of England for the sunny beaches of Sydney!
I love the day-to-day variety and patient interaction that comes with general practice, and I find it especially rewarding to build trusting relationships with patients, particularly those who may feel a little anxious.
I focus on prevention and minimal intervention wherever possible, and when treatment is needed, I aim to make the experience as gentle and comfortable as possible, with natural-looking results.
Outside of work, I enjoy Pilates, discovering new restaurants, and have recently joined a run club.

I completed my Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Melbourne in 2015 after finishing a Bachelor of Neuroscience at the University of Otago, growing up on a small rose farm in New Zealand. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, with a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, and aim to help anxious patients feel relaxed in the dental chair. I believe the best part of my job is the privilege of giving people a healthy smile. I also provide Botox treatment, as I confidently believe it can help patients achieve their cosmetic goals and personal comfort. My name Sami and I was born in Sydney and studied nursing while working as a dental assistant. Inspired by my dentist brother, I found my own passion in dentistry and gained experience in various dental surgeries around Sydney. I enjoy a challenge, so I took on the role of practice manager, seeking to make a positive impact and grow both personally and professionally.
